My cellphone insurance still not paid after months of claim submitted. Call centre still not captured and issued my phone. Promise was 7 days after all documents has been submitted but its over 70 days waiting

<p>My phone got ****** i went to open a case at SAPS and went to claim at Hollard Insurance, Game store. I submited everything they requested. I waited for 7 days when i went to enquire at the store I was put to the telephone to speak with their call centre which took over 25 minutes holding for an operator. When i finally spoke to the operator she said she could not find anything in the system i must submit the claim again. I did that, scanned the documents and emailed them. I waited another 7 days when i went back they told me they couldnt pay me because the emei number has not been captured by the person who sold me the phone. I dont know what i am supposed to do, They deducted my money but not delivering to the promise. Such an insurance company you can not trust! I want my phone people! Or money back</p>
