It has been a long, heart wrenching experience, from *********** stuff to empty promises, these people said they'd come back with feedback a week ago. Doing exactly what they have been doing all these months. I'm appalled, I don't understand why they won't allow us to cancel this ****ty policy. But I do swear I'm coming for y'all.
