<p>In 2013 I got a call from a consultant at hollard telling me about the hospital plan, I joined using my edgars account, and 2016 I got pregnant and called them to find out if indeed they will cover me, they said I will be covered but I should collect the forms at the nearest edgars store, i went to wonderpark Edgars somewhere sep but i was told that they can't give me the forms i should just come back later after beeng hospitalized with my I'd and the card as long i know my account number. I went there again but was told a different story and the lady told me that she has never completed the forms, i was there for about 30min but the lady still didn't understand, that's when i asked her to give me the forms and i completed she then faxed, i got a call from hollard that i need to submit a slip from the hospital of which no one told me about it, by that time i am at limpopo and was hospitalized pretoria.</p>
