I'd like to cast my review to Nico Naidu from Choice Insurance for his exceptional service. Everytime I have a claim, he ensures that I get world-class service, he's very efficient and has the interest of his customers at heart.

Nico just recently assisted me with a claim that I submitted a few days ago but no one from the claims registration responded, but when I texted him about it, he immediately escalated it with the relevant department, and my claim was settled with 24hrs .

He is one of the best employees who can do anything to see his clients happy, he provides customer satisfaction from the depth of his ability.
