Motor Xtender Trying for Reasons Not To Pay

After years of being with Hollard Motor Xtender I had to submit a claim after my car broke down. Car was towed and sent to a garage to have it fixed. When trying to claim from the policy I pay faithfully every month I was sent a long list of requirements. Including justification from the garage why the car needed to be worked on. Motor Extender towed my broken down vehicle from the side of the road to the garage, I need to justify why it needed to be worked on? REALLY? It was fixed so that we could go home, NO I had to ask for authorization first if my car should be fixed or not?
