Motor Xtender Policy HWML076903

<p>I took out a motor warranty paln in February of 2017.</p> <p>3 months later when I submitted a claim they said that I am missing one service (out of 11 others done) in the previous owner's service history and therefore they cannot allow the claim? Since I became the owner the car was fully serviced. There are no such terms in my Policy wording and after telephonic enquiry and promises to explain wording I am still waiting for them to say that the policy states that the previous owner's history also had to be up to date.
