Motor Extender TOTAL *******

<p>took out an insurance for my vehicle last year,MotorTech extender warranty on the cruise option.</p> <p>took my vehicle in to their approved Bosch centre, only to find that the error im getting on my car was actually caused by a faulty coil pack. claim was authorised a few days later. </p> <p>then when i took the car in to have the coils replaced but the technician detected i could have a faulty gasket which needs to be replaced as my coolant kept dissapearing.</p> <p>Motorextender only approved R4500 and to have the gasket replaced....my problem here is they know the gasket replacement costs more than that and they still have it classified under cooling system which means its only covered for about R5000. I thought having this kind of insurance will make life easier as an ontime paying customer now i will be stuck with a broken car cos i cant afford to fix it and you guys refuse to fix and if i get the car fixed elsewhere annything that fails after that would be my fault.</p> <p>iam writting this report to Ombudsman as well</p>
