MOTOR EXTENDER DEBITING ACCOUNT WITHOUT CONSENT

2 months back I requested a call to get a quote on the motor extender policy for our vehicle the advisor did the whole quote with me and wanted the year model from me which I was not sure on at the time and advised what I though it was (only cause he was forceful) I confirmed that when they called my husband to complete the underwriting as it would be in his name that he will confirm the year model which him - once we have finished he then called my husband who then confirmed the year model and the advisor was very disappointed as it was outside the criteria for the motor extender cover which he confirmed with my husband and he then said its fine that we will leave it and that was that WRONG they then proceeded to debit my account yesterday with the first premium after we agreed to cancel the policy - no policy documents were sent to us or policy numbers so that is why we though all was cancelled - but the advisor to save commission and sale he proceeded nevertheless which is unacceptable In my company that I work for treat this as paper docking which is a dis-missable offence and not tolerated - I would like urgent feedback as to when this policy will be cancelled and refund done
