Money not well spent!!!!

I had my car financed by Wesbank, i paid for VAP premium Coverplus and Motorite service plan ontop of my monthly car payment.. I wrote my car off and tried claiming the VAP premium coverplus.. Wesbank made my car insurance pay them last amount owing which was almost R 8000.. I have been in contact with ********** and i am not getting any feedback or anything.. I have had endless problems with my claim.. I have also emailed Wesbank with regard to my Motorite service plan.. Everytime i tried to have my car serviced i was told i do not have the Motorite service plan. Now this is a policy, and was taken to lighten the burden of paying for services, but ended up being just plain useless and almost R15000 paid for a service i never received.. I have emailed her all the documents regarding both Motorite service plan and VAP premium coverplus.. I dont understand what the hold up is..
