Money Back Still Not Paid after a Month

I have 3 policies with Hollard that have existed more than 5 years without a claim. Now, that all due for Money Back, 4 weeks ago i claimed the money but till today i haven't found no joy. I have spoken to about 7 consultants including going to my nearest branch. Still no joy. All i get is being sent from pillar to post, told to wait 24 hrs, etc.

I am now convinced that Hollard is playing games with people, imagine what will happen if i am died and my family claim?? I have never missed a single premium for the past 5 yrs but when its their turn, and this is the treatment i am subjected to?? I am really disappointed and angry.
