Misleading and Slow Response

My house was broken into while I was away for Christmas. I have put in the claim and it has now been approved. Taking over a month still! - I have now been told I will be paid out using a Claims Card. At no stage was I informed that this was the payout procedure - this limits where I can buy item to replace and also any special rates I can attain!!!
