MISLEADING ADVERTISING

I have a Hollard Legal Policy since July 2015. In February 2016 I contacted them regardding a legal matter. I was referred to a Legal company and had to pay an excess fee of R225-00 (which I was not informed of when I took out the policy). Upon an assessment of the case they refer it to Hollard who decides to cover or not. Well if you dont have a winner they dont give you legal cover. If Hollard Legal had informed me that they only cover winnable cases I could have made and informed decision about selecting their cover. So this morning some lady from Hollard told me they wont cover the case. The public should be made aware that they are misleading you with the product that they are offering. I'm definitely cancelling my policy
