Me and my family experienced a horrible ordeal in our home. When 5 men forcefully came into our home armed and kept us hostage for 2 hours in the 2 hours they took our belongings and ran off with my car. I have a newborn baby and it was so traumatic. I reported the incident to the police, banks and hollard insurance. I was contacted by a gentleman named Jacques and he was so sympathetic and supportive through the whole process. I could say he was kind enough to listen and provided me with comfort. My experience with him made the process much better. I would definitely recommend Hollard insurance.
