Lies. All Lies! I want my money back and my so called policy cancelled and closed

<p>Hollard Legal has been debiting my account since June 2016. After TWO months of not receiving a contract or any info regarding my policy i had to email and actually ask what i'm being charged for. i received my ''so called'' contract which does not stipulate the legal department's number/email or how to go about getting legal advice, nor does it stipulate the terms and exclusions. it does stipulate that one may cancel the policy within 30 days - Well , i emailed a cancellation request and refund within 30 days of RECEIPT of my so called policy.</p> <p> </p> <p>I emailed that i'm not pleased and would like a refund and for them to close my account. All i've been getting is an electronic reply stating they'll get back to me in two days. Well, it's been 10 days, and 15 emails later - still no human reply or refund or confirmation of ''account'' closure!</p> <p> </p> <p>Lies Lies Lies and more lies!</p> <p> </p> <p>I want my ''account'' closed and my money back!</p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
