**** to and cheated into taking insurance policy

I recently contacted hollard to get an insurance quote, because I drive very little the agent advised me about their Pay as You drive option whereby my premium is paid according to how much I drive, she also advised me that the unit used to measure the amount of Kilometers is fitted by tracker and they will contact me, which they never did. I called Tracker and they had no idea what I was taking about. Eventually they sent a technician out who fitted a device which I thought was just to measure my kilometers not a tracking unit but he sed it is a tracking unit, I was horrified now they are debiting my account for a full tracker premium! I did not ask for this, hollard cannot assist me and they say it is not their problem. Realy upset with this!
