For the very first time in my life I'm voicing out my views..... Hollard Insurance is the worst insurance company ever. I'm very disgusted and disappointed at the same time. The call centre agents are extremely rude, straight from the switch board to their so called team leaders.......1. Claudette Jafta (team leader). 2 Kahlego Siguai, Katlego, Andile Khumalo, Nomfundo, Busisiwe and the list is endless. I called in 15 time literally for a policy cancellation letter or portfolio print out and guess what it's been a disappointment after another. Horllard is there worst insurance company ever, I would never recommend it to anyone not even my worst enemy.
