Keep up the good work
Within minutes of my wife submitting a request online, Sylvester phoned her back regarding an insurance enquiry. He went out of his way and always phoned back on exactly the promised time. He was always friendly and always happy to do one more quote or amend the quotation. Unfortunately, due to costs we could not go with Hollard Insurance. Irrespective of this Sylvester was always helpful and even when we notified him that we will not be taking up his quote, he understood. Keep up the good work Sylvester.
