Shocking service! It has now been 2 months since my accident! Had my accident on the 24th of November only had my car assessed 2nd December and only had authorization to go ahead on the 10th of December 2019. 1 week for auth! And I use my car to save lives! I hope it isn't one of your family members on the Cath Lab table that I can't get to because I don't have a vehicle! Oh and to make matters worse I get car hire for 30 days of which 1 week was while I waited for you to give me auth! ***** you and your *** service! My number policy number is FEPL114856/1.
