Jet insurance challenge.
I've insured my iPhone 6s with Hollard for R8000. The phone has been ****** and I'm in the process of putting in the claim. I see they will pay me the market value of the device which was not made clear in the start when I took out the insurance with Jet. On top of that they do not sell an iPhone device and I'm not willing to compromise for any other cellphone brand. Right now I want to know what's next? Will they pay me out to go and purchase a cellphone of my choice somewhere else or what?
