JACK & SEACH INSURANCE BROKERS (PTY) LTD Didn't do their investigation properly.

Had at accident on the 29th of July where a client of Jack & Seach hit a car, a pedestrian(deceased) and hit my car (head on) which was travelling on the opposite direction. I submitted all the information that was required since then and on the 29th of October i got an email advising that my 3rd party claim was rejected sighting that the accident wasn't their clients fault.

All the information and Accident reports however stated that the insured was at fault as he and hit both the vehicles. The insured also advised for my car to be towed as hes insurance would take care of everything. Since my claim as been repudiated i haven't even been advised where my vehicle is. Also there is a lot of discrepancies regarding which company it is that is handling the claim as the email i received was from African Recovery Solutions on behalf of Hollard Insurance and Jack & Search Insurance Brokers.

Can i please get some help as i believe that this was a valid in this regards.
