Insurance under approved

I have an insurance with Hollard through Edgars, My fone is no longer in the market and the closest alterntive is R5600 and i am told i cannot get the latter phone since i am only insured for R5000, wheni took the insurance i was informed i am insured for anything between R5000 and r8000, only now i am told its for the minimum, i feel i was ****** and misrepresented cus the phone i want is the same, only the years in version difference, Hollard and edgars i s a bunch of ******, beware of theire wording
