Insurance run around

<p>We have been paying Csurance, powered by Hollard Insurance, cell phone insurance since 2013 the first time in years we have to claim the loss of a cellphone they can not give me an excess amount in the 24hours they say the will do it but money gets debited every month and the ladies at the cell c store don't even know how csurance works because the csurance con****ant said I should get a ticket number with my claim and they didn't even know what it was, so they didn't give me one.</p>
