Insurance *******

I am extremely disgusted by Hollard's attitude with regards to queries on a claim that was processed by Hypersure - a company affiliated to Hollard. Hollard said to deal with them but they deny any liability to fix tiles that was obviously affected by a 'blazing inferno'. Recently a fire broke out at Take and Pay in Amanzimtoti. Consequently the tiles in the neighbouring offices were lifting. Hypersure / Hollard sent assesors and they claim that the tiles lifted due to poor workmanship. Note these tiles were over 20 years old and showed no problems until the fire. The fire had caused the tiles to lift. Photgraphs are available to show the intensity of the inferno. Take responsibility. Stop trying to pass the buck! How does a tile that has no problems for 20 years suddenly lift due to 'poor workmanship', could these tiles not have lifted due to the extreme heat that the grouting and tile adhesive were exposed to?
