I am very disappointed in Hollard insurance. I brought a phone 3 years ago at Cell C and insured it with Hollard insurance. The phone was ****** and I put my claim in. The access fee I signed for initially to insure the phone was R400. After paying the R400 I was told that my access fee was supposed to be R4000 and that the Cell C agent made a mistake that I'm supposed to pay for now. I would not recommend them to anyone.
