Insurance for what?!

So I bought a tablet at Game Canal Walk (still in warranty) and I need to take this in for repair. Game, as usual, throws their hands in the air after having to speak to 3 different people. I then go to the Hollard "guys" - Sorry they dont work weekends. The second time, "sorry the call centre is about to close they wont answer the phones" - I arrived at 16h35, they only helped me at 16h50 as it takes 2 people to help one customer. The third time I went they called the call centre, had me speak to an agent, which also took 15 minutes, just to be told that they will collect the tablet from me. So mind you I could have just called in but I was told by the Hollard reps that I HAD to come in and bring all paperwork. I then was requested to send a copy of my ID via email. This was done on 20 June and to date NO communication received. Well what am I paying insurance for?? You take your money every month yet I need to go to this extent to get service.

WHAT THE ACTUAL HELL?!

Hi - Your staff is situated in Game so it was obvious to go there. They are not trained up on claims, so the best thing is to start there. I just want this tablet fixed or replaced.

And now for the first time I have to find out that I need to pay you an extra minimum fee of R150 to have the tablet repaired or replaced. WOW - The most disgusting service I have ever received.

What Do I pay you for every month? Your debit order went off successfully by the way.

So now no response is received?

10% of a R700 tablet is not R150. Yet this is what I have to pay to get my sons tablet back.

I never received a form that states or includes this 10% you are wanting. You also have no way of proving that I actually received or signed it. Your colleague Tebogo sent me a screen grab and a copy of a "third page" - How can you hold me liable for something you did not inform me about?

I have no problem to pay for something I agreed to, in this case I did not. According to Tebogo this third page does not get signed - so why does the customer not receive a copy of this page??
