Insurance excess Refund

Holland Recoveries Someone must help Lufuno is playing hide and seek with with my excess money last month email till now, nothing

Please note that old mutual insure came last week and they agreed that they will be settling our matters I have been following from Tuesday to date I have not receive a single settlement offer. I referred the matters back to our management that we are still waiting for offers.

I will advise you once we receive way forward.
