Insurance dilemma

I have an Extended Car Warranty with Hollard so this other day I sent a request about a Comprehensive Insurance I wanted only a quote a consultant called me and briefed me about it. I only wanted a quote i didnt say i want or i am taking the comprehensive cover she was telling me about ....boom come month end R1345.58 was debit from my account by Hollard fortunate enough there wasn't that much amount on that account and that happened over the weekend so I told myself i will deal with it come Monday morning. Monday when I check my emails there it was an email from Hollard stating that they have tried to debit the amount of R1345.58 as they couldn't get enough funds on my account and if that collection fail my policy will be automatically cancelled eish I was ****ed so i decided to send them an email wanting to know whats going on because the policy I have with them is only R 280...they responded after 2 days telling me that I have taken out a cover for my car so the money is for the Comprehensive and the Car warranty . I explained to the consultant that i didn't agree to taking out that cover i only wanted a quotation. So I was told that they will investigate through the recording of which they did and found out that true to my word I didn't agreed to taking a new cover. Now they're calling me wanting me fax proof of transactions which they themselves decided to do without my approval and my cover is hanging in the balance in the meantime... What i like to know the consultant that decide to do this how many people has she done this to just by asking for a quote...? and why cant they themselves fix it....? I want my cover as it was up and running ASAP.
