Insurance did not get back to me, 1 year ago, still paying insurance

Good day

I would like to put in an urgent complaint regarding insurance that has still not came back to me more than a year ago.

I called Hollard regarding my claims that my cell phone has been ****** out of my car and I have affidavits regarding the matter.

Hollard has been deducting money from me but no response or feedback regarding my claim, puterit service from Hollard insurance.

As we speaking I am still paying for insurance and went to game and they are also not helpful.

I have receipts of the claims, affidavits, car broken into and I either of my devices.

To cut to the chase, I would like to sort this out as I have been paying and had pathetic service from a company Hollard which calls themselves a professional company.
