Insurance Company NOT to use!

It seems that Hollard Insurance are for ever looking for excuses not to pay, specially if it comes to the fact that you are not living at that property. I bought a house. After months there were heavy rains and storms in Pretoria. The ceiling fell in the living room. Hollard refused to pay for it as the spaces between the nails were not right. Do you as a owner inspect the nails in the ceilings after you bought a property?

Recently NO on 1 August a wall fell in. Now you will remember that AGAIN Pretoria had heavy winds and rains. Up to now I have not heard from Hollard Company and the excuse this time is that a vacuum was formed from the passing by traffic - Do you think that is a natural thing or not. If a car had to drive into the wall it would have been a different story.
