Insurance claim for a handset

I was convinced to insure one of my Cell phone by Cell see. The phone , unfortunately got stollen on the 22nd of April. I reported it and do a sim swap, only to be informed by Hollard,after numerous phone calls and up and downs to Cell C Centurion,that the line that is what mattered!! I was meant to believe that I was insuring a handset and not a line!!. This is **************** and lack of understanding! Cell C has lost a client too! They must make it clear when one advertise these products. To you Hollard,please be professional!!I am very disappointed for you kept coming with stupid enquiries and reasons for my handset not to be replaced!
