Insurance Claim

On tye 11th of May 2015 my house was broken into without force and was ****** of three items Namely, a cellphone, laptop and wifi ****le. The claim submission was completed and returned to our insurance broker, Gert Goosen of Burgersdorp on the monday 13 May 2015. We are insured by Hollard insurance. It took the assessor of hollard insurance two weeks to make a turn to the flat and do his required work. It took him another week to complete the report. Vernon williams is the name of the assessor. Then on thursday the 30th of April 2015 the Agreement of loss was signed and sent to BSG at 08:00 that morning.the payout then was not done on said date but The payout was only made Monday the 4th of May 2015 and to this date 06th May 2015 is still not reflecting on my account.
