Insurance Claim
We rarely claim, in fact, I stand under correction but we haven't claimed for over 5 years. We pay around R4000 per month for 3 cars, household and other small stuff. We claimed last month for some valuables that were ****** and they refused to settle due to a whimsical escape clause. Unacceptable. Our brokers are Roxsure but they are just the messengers.
