I am client of hollard my vehicle hit a pot hole damage rim and tyre x1 .further damage my steering rack after 2.weeks only.yesterday I received an email for approval.today I received another email it was declined..I'm asking myself why do me.take insurance with a so big company with poor service and alot of lies.can u believe it for a rim repair and new tyre took like 2 weeks +.hollard been so big its bad
