Increase in car insurance premium without notice

<p>I have taken car insurance with Hollard Insurance and my premium was R1178.29, then all of a sudden i get debited R1423.89 without any notice what so ever.</p> <p> </p> <p>When i call the Call Centre the lady i spoke to says my premium has been increased because of my NCB form of which i have sent months ago.</p> <p> </p> <p>i have reference numbers of consultants thats ive spoken to to confirm with them that is there anything else i need to do or submit so that i wont have any issue in an event of an accident, both consutants checked their system and told me "No Mr Pelesa all is fine".</p> <p> </p> <p>the first lady i spoke to was Lilain (ref : 1/ ********** 307), then the other gentlemen was Kabelo ref: 1- ********** 010, </p> <p>and agin i distinctively asked if "there is anything else i need to do on my side"</p> <p> </p> <p>ok maybe for some reason there is something wrong with my NCB, WHY WAS I GIVEN THE CHEAPER PREMIUM TO BEGIN WITH?</p> <p>i chose Hallard because they were the best and gave me a good premium not knowing they got a slick plan under their sleeve, ****** ******</p>
