Incorrect premium deduction
On 13 July 2017 I was offered a reviewed premium of R993.82 for 1 year - Hollard proceeded to debit R1038.94 from my bank account in the months to follow.
For a customer who has not claimed, I have had nothing but hassles whilst being insured with Hollard! I cannot imagine the headache I would have if I had a claim...
