Incomplete repair

Hi there, my name is Kevin pillay from durban. I have never done this before so i am not fami**** with the procedure but a good friend asked me to request your help, basicall i purchased a 2013 chev utility bakkie for my business around july 2015 and immediately got it insured with my business insurance . A few months ago my dad was travelling on cator manor road and came to a stop street when a guy knocked onto him from the back . The rear end of the vehicle was damaged as wel as the cab slider glass and ther was a terrible noise in the engine so we got the bakkie towed . Eventually hollard payed for the panel beating bt they are refusing to pay for the engine damage. The panel shop got a mechanical quote to say the engine mounting collapsed and damaged a fan belt pulley , fan belt . Thats what i heard from the panel shop which has been good to me . My complain is that i had a perfect running van . I am paying my insurance every month i want my van repaired. The van could not have been working daily with a broken engine mounting and pulley and fan belt. It was caused by impact. I just want my van running im not a mechanic. Pls assist and help any way possible . Thank you
