*********** laywers and no respons

My wife have a ccma case it was "filed" according to the lawyer on the 29th of july. The lawyer is never available and only on one occasion she phoned back after we phoned a zillion times. She has been paid by hollard for NO SERVICE I WANT ANSWERS!!! We are battling to keep up payments for hollard for NO SERVICE!!!!!!!! So this is what we pay for?????????????????
