I am a paying client with Hollard legal now for about 2 years, claimfree.

Recently someone drove into me and needed legal advise. I was referred to Hollard's legal branch in Mitchells Plain where I was assisted. They assisted me only until a certain point. They allocated the person who drove into my bakkie , the person advised that it was his car but he didnt drive, which means he failked to advised who drove into me with his car or who used his car at that time.

how the lawyers failed me was they wanted me to go alone to this persons house to identify the person without assistance.

Now they giving me the run around(Holalrd Legal)whenever I contact their offices they will advise to call me back without doing so.
