If you have Holland legal plan watch it!!!!!

I took out a legal policy and of the benefits that we’re placed forward was payment of legal transfers upon purchase of a property upon claiming for that I was told I will not be paid because I used my own lawyer that was to my surprise because I was told if I use my own lawyer they will pay the rate it which they pay their own lawyers then I would liable for the shortfall that was in 2017 fast forward to 2020 , wrote on Twitter about same complaint then they called now with a different story saying what they meant is that they will negotiate discount for me not that they would contribute any money therefore because I used my own lawyers they cannot do anything, been asking them to send me policy document since 2017 haven’t got that document in 2020
