⭐ If I Could Give Hollard Equipage 100 Stars, I Would!

I honestly cannot recommend Hollard Equipage highly enough. Lottie and I have been with Equipage for the past two years, and throughout that time the service, kindness and support we have received have been nothing short of exceptional. A very special thank you to Roxy, Nicole and Shameema, who have always been incredibly helpful, caring and professional. I also want to thank all the people working behind the scenes who we may never get to speak to directly, but who play such an important part in making everything run so smoothly. Most recently, we had an incident which required us to make a claim. It was a stressful time, but once again the Hollard Equipage team was absolutely amazing. Everything was handled with compassion, efficiency and professionalism, and having their support throughout the process made such a difference. The communication was excellent, the claim process was straightforward, and I always felt that there were real people on the other side who genuinely cared about helping us. What makes this review even more meaningful to me is that this level of service isn't something we have experienced only once Equipage has consistently looked after Lottie and me for two years. We have recommended Equipage to many of our horse-owning friends over the years, and after our latest experience, I would do so again without hesitation. Insurance is something you hope you never really need, but when the day comes that you do, you realise just how important it is to have the right people standing behind you.
