I send email, call & complain, then they still don't call the day they say they will

I sent an email to the ********** on the 5th December 2017. I then sent another reminder on Monday, 11th December 2017 and i received NOTHING. I then called the complaints department yesterday, 12th December 2017 and Elizabeth Legodi said someone from Claims would call me yesterday and NO ONE did. This is shocking service from a service provider like Hollard. Please can someone contact me and do my claim with no hassels and still today please. I am going to be looking at other insurance companies. Thanks Hollard
