I recently had to hand my vehicle in at a panelbeater for repairs. The afternoon before the handing over to the panelbeater I informed my broker who immediately arranged via Gage for a rental car. Everything was arranged beforehand and the experience at the rental company was painless and quick. The rental car was very new, 4800km on the clock, full tank 99,9% spotless. Photos and notes were made properly of the stone chips/scratches. We picked up my repaired vehicle from the panelbeater on a Friday morning and took the rental back, washed and with a full tank. The deposit was paid back on the Tuesday. This was excellent service from Hollard, my Apbco broker, Gage and Hertz car hire.
