Absolutely and utterly pathetic! I've been with hollard for some time now and it's been okay. But today I went in to claim a phone that got ****** and they refused to let me choose a phone I wanted, even though I have done so every time before. They were rude and unhelpful, they even told me to take it or leave it like a child not getting what he wants for Christmas. My advice before you sign your own hollard contract? Burn it instead.
