I hate Hollard, such a useful insurance

<p>In December 2016 I bought myself a tablet from Edgars and I took an insurance. The phone has been giving me problems ever since and at the end Edgars decided to refund me, but now Hollard is now saying that they never deducted any money from my account and they won't be able to refund me. My account does not notify me if money deducted is less than R100 so I wasn't aware that they were not deducting. This is not the first time Hollard is being so careless, I have a funeral insurance for my parents and unfortunately my father passed on in 2015, I had to bury my dad without having money because of their mistakes. I'm not so sure about this company anymore, and I wouldn't advise anyone to take out and insurance with them.</p>
