I had an accident that ended in my car being written off

I had an accident that ended in my car being written off. Hollard processed my claim with no hassles and paid me. Myself and the other driver were hospitalised and could not open a case ourselves and the SAPS didn't come to the scene. There was no case number but my claim was effeciently processed.
