How does my details just get changed?????

Si I got a call from an agent yesterday to fix my debit order. When she asked me to confirm some details to confirm that she is in fact speaking to me ALL my details were wrong. I have been with Hollard for years and definitely did not recently update my details. How does something like this happen????????????

We are supposed to proved true and correct information but then you go and change details as you please. The address and email address she read back to me I have never heard of in my life. Again, I ask how the hell does this happen???????

What if I had to claim and all my details was incorrect even though I did not change it.

You are NOT a trustworthy company and after years I will be moving my insurance as soon as I am back at work. This is absolutely rediculous.

I asked the lady I spike to yesterday to send me my documents so I can see everything is in order now. I still have not received it. But comes a claim its easy for you to just throw your hands up and say oh well sorry the information is correct.

I do not trust you people at all anymore.
