How annoying

I would like to voice my opinion on the way I was paid out when I claimed. I was given a ridiculous little debit card instead of being given cash. Now because of this little obstacle I cannot buy a replacement of my goods at a reasonable price because everything has to be bought by swiping the stupid card at a shop. The whole debit card idea is a serious hassle and turns me off being insured with you at all because you don't give your clients the freedom to buy items the way they want to but instead force them to have to go with the most expensive option. Well done for coming up with the dumbest way of claim pay out I have ever experienced.
