Household claim

A few years ago, I too didn't have the best of experiences with Hollard Insurance and thought of moving to another insurer, but this time round I had an angel (you know who you are C!) dealing with my household insurance claim. Fast, super-friendly, no troubles. It was like clockwork and that's what you need when you are at mercy. I will stay with Hollard if this is an indication of how things could be handled.
