Hospital Cash Back - Hurry up and Wait!

<p>When submitting an application you receive an auto response email saying you will be contacted in 2 days, which is incorrect according to the customer service team that tells you it takes 10 days. Yet a whole THIRTEEN days later nobody from Hollard had contacted us to let us know that a copy of the policy holders ID was required.</p> <p>On the 11th November I proceeded to scan and email the ID and email back to customerserivce. It is now the 15th of November and I called to confirm receipt of the email and I am told it has not reached them and I should have sent it to another email address ********** <p>At this point I am told I also need to have it certified! </p> <p>I feel like I am being shunted around and my time wasted!</p> <p>Why not list the requirements on the applicaiton form to ensure that all the documents you need are there? </p> <p>Why not change your auto response email to state 10 days and not 2?</p> <p>Why did nobody phone us to let us know that there was documentation missing? </p> <p>Why is the relevant email for claims not given to help expidite claims instead of going via customerservice?</p> <p> </p> <p>This is becomming a highly frustrating endevour and I am regretting the great evaluation I gave after my last call on Friday!</p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
