Horrible service..
Put in a claim over a week ago and still waiting for it to be paid out..after using almost R500 airtime because of WAITING!!... The result..I cannot cremate my mother...and she passed 19March..Horrified!!!

No thanks to Jessica, Sibongile and the rest of the imcompetent team. My mother is in a fridge because I need to WAIT for a claim that I paid for. I cannot believe how disgusting this is.
